Honokaa cross country and track and field coach Joshua Abner and coach Rick Hagedorn of Speedburners will help host a two-day speed clinic June 12-13 at Konawaena High School.
Titled “Create Speed in the Athletic World,” the cost of the clinic will be $100 for both days and is open to male and female athletes at all levels. Register by May 11 and receive both days for only $90.
According to a release, speedburners’ philosophy “is based on teaching proper mechanics and training fast in order to develop speed.”
